| Peter D. Hiatt has been in the commercial real estate business in Seattle since 1979. His many years of work experience include underwriting in the secondary mortgage market, experience as a principal in a development corporation, project manager for a shopping center, and sales and leasing of commercial properties in the Seattle area. Peter is also an investor and managing member of several investment groups. Peter's formal education includes a B.S. in Engineering from Purdue University (1972); a B.S. in Building Construction Management from the University of Washington (1979); and a Master of Architecture Degree, also from the University of Washington (1980). Peter attended the Sustainability Delegation held June 2007 in Denmark. | |||||||
