David’s 20+ year career in real estate has focused on providing exceptional service to clients. As a commercial real estate broker, David advises investors on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties in the Puget Sound region. He has worked through just about every situation that can arise in real estate transactions, and understands how to best represent clients given their interests and goals. No question is too simple to ask, and no problem is too complex to solve. David is committed to the highest level of honesty and integrity in his work, resulting in the  development of long-lasting and successful partnerships with clients.

David’s  interest in real estate began early. As a teen, he cleaned construction sites and became inspired by real estate development. He then went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in real estate and land use affairs, and finance. Once in the business, David gained expertise and became a partner and founder of a leading apartment brokerage firm in Seattle.

In addition to real estate, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, going for walks with their big dog, and traveling with friends and family.  He has served on the Board of Food Lifeline (Feeding America NW Affiliate) for seven years and is a strong supporter of various nonprofits and community events.
