SEATTLE, WA – April 11th– Local remodel/contractor CRD Design Build has purchased an office building at 2707 NE Blakeley ST next to U Village on the Burke Gilman trail for $3,375,000 ($346/ft). They will occupy the entire building. Ray West of Westlake Associates represented the Buyer and Ryan Kadletz of Montlake Partners represented the Seller.
