Jack Deane launched his career at Ewing and Clark before joining Westlake Associates in 2024. With three years of dedicated experience in the commercial investment real estate sector, Jack has honed his expertise across Office, Retail, and Industrial properties. Known for his considerate and thoughtful approach, Jack prioritizes creating the ideal fit between Buyers and Sellers, Landlords and Tenants. He provides clients with strategic, fact-based advice that aligns with both immediate and long-term goals.

In 2023 alone, Jack successfully completed over 45 transactions, including a notable lease of a 12,000+ SF office building to a single tenant. His academic background includes a degree from the University of Washington, with minors in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship, complemented by the prestigious UW Foster Sales Program.

Outside of work, Jack enjoys hiking and running with his dog, Goose. He is currently training for the Seafair Triathlon and the Mt. Baker to Bellingham Ski-to-Sea event.
