The Delmar sells in historic Pioneer Square
SEATTLE – Located on a prominent corner in Pioneer Square’s historic neighborhood, The Delmar Building has sold for $7.35M. The building is 100% leased with retail and office tenants. Listing agents were Ellen Mohl of Westlake Associates, Inc. and Dan Stutz of CBRE. Alexandra Bailey of Keller Williams North Seattle represented the Buyer. The building was offered to the market as an investment opportunity for the first time in over 75 years.
